How we work
When you choose TANDEM for your brand you get Marc & Vicky, two experienced creatives who will work directly with you throughout every step of the creative process.
When beginning a new project, we start by listening to what it is that you want for your brand so that we are able to really understand what is required to take it forward. Every project is unique, so this allows us to get a core foundation in place to be able to create design that connects with your target audience. Whether you are somebody just starting out, a larger corporation or a not-for-profit organization, we will be able to take your brand to the next level.
We understand how important your brand is to you and our DISCOVERY PROCESS allows us to acquire all the necessary information to get going on your project. At this stage we like to either meet, speak by phone/Skype or email to discuss your brand, the project you have in mind, your expectations and also learn about what you like/dislike and the industry your company is in. By effectively listening to you and understanding your needs we will be able to set a solid foundation to begin working on your project.
In the DESIGN STAGE, we take the information gathered previously and brainstorm as well as do deeper research into the project. We’re old-school, so we usually sketch down our earliest concepts then take this work digital where we can develop things further. Once we have work we deem suitable we will present it to you, then use your feedback to revise things until everything is perfect.
Once we reach the DELIVERY stage we will have completed the project with work that will take your brand to the next level. Things will differ depending on the type of project but if, for example, we have created a logo for your brand, we will usually package up the final files in a set of suitable digital and print-ready files. Once the project is completed we will still be available to answer any questions or offer support with the files as required.
We've worked with all sorts of brands over the years, from large multinationals to people with an idea for a new small business who are just starting out. The above is an example of how we work, but one thing we've learnt is that no two clients or projects are the same.
